Z3-TANK Questions

What makes the Z3-TANK different from other Z3 models?
The Z3-TANK is the highest-capacity model in the Z3 series, rated to 300 kg. It keeps the friction block and 3 guide wheels of the Z3-PROF but adds a swivel and raises the load ceiling from 200 kg to 300 kg. It also displays drill torque in dual units (Nm and in-lbs) for international teams. Like all Z3 models, it has the gearbox crash self-locking device and an IP66-rated gearbox.
Why does the Z3-TANK show torque in both Nm and in-lbs?
Heavy-lift operations often involve international teams and North American equipment specs. Showing drill torque in both Newton-meters and inch-pounds helps teams verify their drill is within the rated range (120–180 Nm / 1,100–1,600 in-lbs, clockwise) without conversion errors. Always use a standard brushless hand drill — never impact drivers or hammer drills.
Is the Z3-TANK CE certified?
No. Like the Z3-PROF and Z3-MINI, the Z3-TANK is built to XF 494-2023 (PRC fire rescue industry standard) and is approved for personnel support under that standard, but it does not carry CE certification. Only the Z3-FIRE is CE certified. Check local regulations before use in EU-regulated environments.
